Service Grant Application
This is the first step in the application process. Once submitted, a representative from Feet Are Your Foundation will contact you via email to guide you through the next steps.
As part of the approval process, you will be required to submit a current photo of your feet along with additional financial information. If you do not meet the eligibility criteria, you will be notified by email. If approved, you will receive a confirmation email along with essential guidelines that must be followed by both you and the Medical Pedicurist providing your service.
If the nonprofit is in the "funding" stage, all applications will be placed on hold until the program is fully funded. You will not get an approval at that time, but you will be in line.
Program Overview
Feet Are Your Foundation is dedicated to ensuring that individuals with foot health challenges have access to professional care, regardless of financial barriers. Our Service Grant Program provides funding for medical pedicures performed by certified Medical Pedicurists within the NuFeet Network. This initiative supports those suffering from conditions such as extreme calluses, thickened toenails, foot discomfort, and other non-invasive foot care concerns that impact mobility and overall well-being.
Who Can Apply?
Both clients in need and Medical Pedicurists can apply for a grant through our program.
Grant Recipients: Individuals experiencing foot health issues who lack the financial resources to afford professional foot care and medical treatment.
Medical Pedicurists: Certified professionals who have completed training through NuFeet Academy and are seeking to provide care for eligible clients in need.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for the Service Grant Program, applicants must meet the following criteria:

Be experiencing thick toenails and or calluses.

Demonstrate financial need by providing supporting documentation.

Be willing to follow the aftercare instructions provided by their Medical Pedicurist.

Receive services from a certified Medical Pedicurist within the NuFeet Network.
For Medical Pedicurists Applying on Behalf of Clients

Fill out the application form with the client’s details.

Upload the required documentation, including photos of the client’s feet and proof of financial need.

Await confirmation of approval.

Once approved, schedule and perform the service as per grant guidelines.

Submit a post-service report to confirm service completion.
What the Grant Covers
-
The full or partial cost of a medical pedicure, depending on funding availability.

Foot health assessments and non-invasive foot care services.
What the Grant Does Not Cover
-
Cosmetic treatments such as polish application.

Services beyond the scope of a Medical Pedicure (e.g., surgical procedures or advanced medical treatments).

Additional services outside of what is deemed necessary for the recipient’s foot health.
Funding Availability
Grants are awarded based on available funding. If the program is currently in the "funding" stage, applications will be placed on hold until sufficient resources are secured. Applicants will be notified as soon as funding becomes available.
