Do you or someone you know suffer from foot health issues but can’t afford professional care? Feet Are Your Foundation is here to help. Fill out the application below to apply for a grant.
Please note that submitting your application does not guarantee approval for the program. You only need to apply once, and your application will be kept on file. As funds become available, applicants will be approved based on the eligibility criteria. See below for the requirements.
Eligibility Requirements: You must meet one or more of the following criteria:
- Disabled Veteran
- Disabled Citizen
- Low-Income Citizen (Monthly income under $3,000 after taxes)
The Process If Approved
You will get an approval letter e-mailed to the e-mail provided on the application.
Call your pedicurist and let them know you were approved for the service grant with Feet Are Your Foundation.
If toenail collections and/or physician intervention is used.
You can make your appointment with a certified NuFeet's Medical Pedicurist. To find one in your area, please click here.
Your pedicurist will need to send before and after photos of each pedicure visit in order for them to be reimbursed for your service.
Your pedicurist must submit the toenail collections and physicians information on the invoice when they submit it to the foundation.
